What Julia Survives On

Monday to Friday, Working hours.

8:00am: Banana

8:40am: Coffee with cream + sugar and cranberry + omega 3 pills (on the side not mixed in)

11:00am: Cucumber and hummus

12:00pm: Blueberry bagel with butter, yogurt cup

3:45pm: Crackers and cheese or cream-cheese

Dinner changes frequently and is very irregular.

Throughout the day I like to get my essential nutrients by snacking on jolly ranchers and Werther's from the front desk candy bowl. I keep this bowl very well stocked. 

I also get a small iced coffee from Tim's probably two times a week. 

Every Friday I have an ice-cream drumstick.

I switch any of my meal or snack options up on any day. Sometimes I just need crackers and cheese at 11:00am to take the edge off. I went through a phase where I didn't eat until noon, but then I grew up and realized that drinking coffee on an empty stomach is awful for your stomach lining. Also it's unnecessary hardship. As soon as I started eating regularly, I think I lost 5 pounds (this could just be due to stress but let's pretend) and no longer wanted to cry when I did math in the morning. 

I totally could eat the same thing every day. I swear I love all these food combos and I think the lack of change makes it so that I no longer think about what I am going to eat next all day. 


My food aesthetic I'd say is Health Aspiring, Emphasis on Cheese.
