Crack of Dawn Superiority

When I wake up especially early on the weekends, I find a certain satisfaction in in responding to all the people I've been ignoring or who got back to me while I was asleep. 

I feel like a text message comes across stronger at 7 am on a Sunday morning and gives the illusion that I have my life together or something. 

Like as you can tell from my early morning text, I made it to church. You should've but I know you didn't.

It's not that I feel like I'm better than anyone when I respond in the early AM. It is more that an early AM caries more street cred. 

It's a great feeling. Self-righteous? Maybe a little bit.
